The band itself represents a measurement interval rather than a demand that every wearer measure exactly 75 cm. Read the current chart’s interval and measuring instructions.
In the Freya export-label context, Japanese 75G maps to UK 34E and US 34DDD. It is an alignment of garment labels in that particular international table. It is not a calculation that turns the Wacoal G75 body example into UK 34E. The shared letter and number do not make the two chart methods identical.
